Welcome to SMRPAN Outdoor (operated by SMRSOFT DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED). By accessing our website (smrpan.co.in) and using our automated flex printing and hoarding management system, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Use of Platform

This platform acts as an automated bridge between customers looking for outdoor advertisement services and verified flex printing machine operators/vendors.

2. Pricing and Payments

• All payments made on this platform are securely processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Cashfree Payment Gateway.
• The printing cost is dynamically computed based on square footage (SqFt) entered into the automatic calculator tool.
• Customers are obligated to clear 100% of the computed billing amount online before a print command is issued to the operator's queue.

3. User & Vendor Responsibilities

• Users must upload print-ready designs with correct resolutions. The platform is not responsible for text or design layout errors made by the client.
• Registered operators are required to fulfill accepted open bids within the specified turnaround period to maintain service quality.

4. Governing Law

These terms and transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nanded, Maharashtra.
