Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We offer a highly automated instant bidding service. Orders can only be cancelled under the following condition:

  • An order can be cancelled within 15 minutes of payment, provided the designated printing machine vendor has NOT changed the status to 'Printing Started' or downloaded the source design file.
  • Once the flex banner print process has commenced on the operator's machine panel, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refund requests will be entertained.
2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued solely in the following valid scenarios:

  • Technical Failure: Money was debited from your account via Cashfree but the order was not generated in our dashboard (Failed Transaction).
  • Non-Fulfillment: If a vendor fails to accept or process your banner order within 48 working hours due to unexpected hardware issues or operational downtime.
3. How to Request a Refund

To claim a valid refund, please send an email to support@smrpan.co.in with your Transaction ID, Customer Phone Number, and Order Reference Number.

4. Settlement Timeline

Approved refund amounts will be automatically credited back to the user's original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) via Cashfree within 5 to 7 working days as per standard banking procedures.
